Obviously this last post was from the staff, the Management from Lakeside,they don't know anything about customer service and they are extremely rude. Last week they were doing the so called renovation, and some of the construction workers fell through the roof about dozen times in a dozen different places and the management didn't even give a crap!it has been almost a whole month past and they still haven't fixed it, the reason being is because they have apts that are in worse conditions so they have to do those first, but let me tell you mine is pretty freakin bad . The worst part is that when it rains water leaks through and gets everything wet,I had water coming down from my light socket even ! If you think I'm exagerating I have pictures:

Oh yes and btw if you walk around the lake at 2am in the morning, you will either arrested as suspect by the cops since they are there everyday, or you'll end up being shot by one of the many car burglars.
I'm just writing this because I feel bad for the people that get fooled by moving in here.
I can't wait to get out, and if you are smart you will stay out!

Can you post your pictures to a different link? the Kodak one didn't work and I'd looove to see them! I'm a former resident who also was fooled into moving there. Heads up, when you do leave, examine your lease terms very carefully and make sure they refund your deposits legally and don't try to tell you they've been absorbed into "administrative costs". Living there is hell, but so is leaving... be smart, and document EVERYTHING!! these pictures are a good start and may provide you with a legal means to terminate your lease early due to unsafe & unsanitary conditions.
