Maybe the "bad" reviewers should look at themselves

I have been at Lakeside for almost a year myself. When I first moved in, I was skeptical. But, when I first met Julie and Tony, they both remarked "give us a chance", and I did. Boy, what a difference! Everything Julie said was going to happen either has happened or has begun. She is tough but extremely fair. Tony is always smiling and available for all of us. All of the ladies in the office are always friendly and willing to assist however they can.
Maybe, the "bad" reviewers have reason to be angry, but is that because you are guilty of the actions you are accusing' Or maybe you have destroyed your own apartment when you moved, or maybe you were kicked out for not paying your rent' Maybe you should look in the mirror....DO NOT THROW STONES, WHEN YOU LIVE IN A GLASS HOUSE!!

Tony kicks arse... He is easily one of the saving graces of this complex. I've found that if you treat the staff with some respect, then things go really well for you! (Myself, having had none of the problems listed- 'Cept for the goose poop... Yick.)

Sure, I'll go with that. With the exception of NOT cleaning the carpets, as promised, or removing the collection of trash that has remained under the half-dead bush outside our sliding glass door, even after having been told by them that they "would get right on that" Tony is a great guy. And even though every time they mow the lawns, they leave masses and MASSES of cut grass all over the lawn, so that it may sit there and die and make lovely patches of dead, brown grass all over the place, the maintenance staff is great, too. It only takes them on average 5-6 days to disassemble the nasty furniture remains people leave around the dumpsters! So if that's what your idea of satisfactory is, then perhaps you need to get out more. It doesn't matter HOW courteous you are to the management, they carry little to no compassion, and are too used to maintaining their "little screw you" s to be completely honest with you. Also, you more than likely live in an apartment very close to the office, where they make an extra effort to keep the grounds in semi-decent condition to lure in more victims, err, tenants.

I love reading the "SHILL" posts put on here by the management and the property owners! LOL! You ain't fooling anyone and it is going to take a lot more of them to raise your score above "TOILET BOWL" level.

Tony's gone now. I think he managed to get himself a decent job after being screwed so long by Lakeside. This place is an absolute hovel and it's definitely getting worse. As soon as I have saved enough money for a deposit (judging by the posts here I've got no chance of getting my deposit back from here)and moving expenses, I'm outta here.
