My wife & I went to go look at an apartment there. We spoke with a leasing agent who showed us a sample. They are in the business of trying to maximize their profits, so they do their best to get you financially in the door without looking at the actual apartment they will be moving you into. They tell you the apartments will be taken before the tenants move out, and they get you to spend $42 to apply and $150 to hold the apartment. The agent told us the $150 is REFUNDABLE, but it is NOT. She told us she would mail it back to us if we found another place, and it turned out to be a BOLD FACE LIE! She seemed like a nice, pleasant person, but she ended up doing a very good job of hustling us out of our money. Beware! Never trust anything that comes out of their mouths unless it's in writing. They are out to make money only, and if customers get hustled in the process, they don't care. Be sure to read all the fine print on all the papers they ask you to sign because it does say in the fine print that the holding fee of $150 is nonrefundable. It's just that the leasing agent may tell you differently and hope you don't read the fine print. There is always a non refundable portion of the deposit when you move in and there is always an application fee at every place you will ever rent. You must of heard wrong. Dave what industry are you in? I don't think you have any clue what you are talking about.

Management here are hustlers . They only care about getting in new tenants and have no regard for current tenants. Go somewhere else.
