The only positive thing I have to say is that I have cheap rent. I have complained about light fixtures being burnt out for 4 months in a row (total of 5 complaints), with no outcome. I own a dog and I cannot even see the back courtyard since the lights are down. He actually stepped on a broken glass bottle since we couldn't see the pathway. Very unsafe being a female resident. The trash is always overflowing... what happened to the $500 charge they have in the lease to those people who leave stuff outside the trash bins' Cuz couches and filth litter the insides of those fenced areas. My tap water in my kitchen and shower are usually beige or brown, my carpet is old and if I get charged for new carpet when I move out im going to have a fit... it smells stale and even my mom has commented on my clothes, asking "did u leave those on the floor at all'" My carpet was NOT shampooed when I gained residence. The hallways are disgusting... since I have lived here they have been vacuumed once... I've been here 6 months now, have 6 to go. They smell of old people, cigarettes and IHOP. Water is split up between all residents, so no matter if the sprinklers are flooding the place in the summer or you take one shower a day... you will be paying for others water usage. And I swear people have tried to break into my car, my driver side door has been tampered with . Whenever I drive and take a turn my door becomes loose and my cab light comes on... RIDICULOUS. I met one good neighboor after being here for a month, just to have him leave cuz his neighboors across from him were crackheads and he could smell the drugs from his door. Peoples pets are obnoxious and when given a polite warning that they should be put in a bedroom so I don't have to listen to themscratch the doors and bark constantly, nothing is done about it. The cats overrun the place... no one here could afford $400 a pet... but most residents have 2-4 cats a piece. I have never seen the pool in use nor the hot tub, fitness area or common area in the leasing office. Canadian geese have taken over the "lake", and have crapped everywhere, how are you suppose to enjoy a walk around it when you can't take a step without having poop on your shoe.
