I recently moved in here and I agree do not move in here! They showed me the "sample Apartment" and it was passable, I told my son we could it for a year so I can get my credit cleaned up so we can purchase our own home. The apartment they rented me was not very clean, the halls smell of stale cigarette smoke. The people should be in a triler park that is they mentality of the residents. The garbage is always overflowing, they rented my parking space just yesterday ( that I pay extra for every month) to someone else so I got home from work last night and could not find a parking spot! I am so ticked off! When moving she tried to charge me an extra $150 and I argued with her because that was not what I had agreed to. She backed down and removed it from the paper work. PETS! I paid my $400 for my pet deposit , my cats are fixed and given a monthly dose of flea treatment. I have come across almost feral cats here. Intact males who like to come up to my bbq grill cover and spray YUK!!! NEUTER your animals. It blows my mind. I cannot believe I thought that this would be a good place. The kids are all strange , my son is not allowed to be in their homes and I really don't even want him playing with them at all. SO much drama and problems in their lives alreay and they are only 12. I need to get my eggs in a row and get us ouy of here before something bad happens. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Would like to add that last night I had to call the police because a bum was sleeping in the stairwell!!! I am MOVING!!!! Why are there not secured doors into the buildings'Where is the concern for the tenants' I am freaked out!! aand with this last little incident I can break my lease and I will!!!
