Been here for about 10 months now, no major complaints. In fact, I am renewing my lease. Pros: Close to Seattle bus lines, easy freeway access, Cannot hear the people above me walking around unlike some apartments I have visited, Spacious living room, management provides recycling bins, laundry facilities in building and I have never had a problem finding a parking spot.
Cons: On top of rent, tennent pays both PUD and water/garbage/sewer expenses, the lake attracts water fowl, so watch out for "landmines" on your way to the mail boxes.

I have never had a maintenace problem, so I cannot say how management responds to those issues.

You can't hear the people above you? Everytime the person above me so much as breathes, the floor creaks. Constant noise problems, I don't see how you could have avoided/not heard any noise
