I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The grounds were constantly dirty, the trash was generally always overflowing, all the grass was dead, the apartments were run down and ghetto. Five out of seven nights a week you could look out your windows only to be greeted by the sight of at least 2 mountlake terrace police cars with flashing lights. The office staff is all misinformed about anything regarding to your lease. Do not bother trying to contact them because each one will tell you something different and contradictory to what the last person said. They are horrible at returning phone calls or even answering the phones for that matter unless it is the 1st of the month and they are collecting rent. They will screw you out of as much money as they can in your lease agreement. Horrible apartments, even worse staffing.
