Trash over flowing from dumpsters... the whole neighborhood dumps their old couches and matresses, and guess what' We pay the bill!

Trash on the stairways, hallways, and grounds. No parking. No lighting in the parking lot.

Only 4 washers and dryers for an enire 3 story building. Laundry cards that you can't even add money to because the machines are locked in the office.

Waited seven months to get some minor electrical repairs done in my apartment. Was told repeatedly that items were on order or that they were short-handed.

Major water drainage issues. Most of the gutters don't work from the roofs, so water drips from everywhere. Half the balconies are rotting away. The management only refurbished those that can be seen from the street.

Firedoors that aren't really fire doors - just extra heavy doors with obnoxious hinges that swing close quickly and hurt everyone.

A clubhouse that I was told over a year ago would be remodeled - including bathrooms that don't work, a spa that is a pit in the ground with plywood over top, and a pool that is rarely cleaned even in the summer. Half the deck is cordoned off due to rot.

They finally removed the old "playground" which was really an old concrete conduit with broken glass in the bottom. An old wooden playset with most of the pieces broken, and a plastic playhouse that was in similar shape. The grounds were littered in broken glass and trash. It was not a safe place for anyone to play. I was assured that it would be replaced shortly after moving in, but it took almost 6 months for them to cart away the old crap and finally install a new playset. However, the new playset was installed incorrectly, and a kid can't even use the slide. Plus, they didn't install a new play surface, so the kids get to play in the weeds and mud around the playset. It's barely useable.

What the hell is wrong with the property management'' This place wasn't Shangri'la when I moved in, but it has gone sharply downhill since then.

Sounds like you are down in the slum area. My sympathies. That dumpster near the office is looks like the back of a Value Village. Were you notified of the Clubhouse upgrade? Well, I wasn't and it makes me wonder. I think they are upgrading it to suck in new tenants. Good luck to you. Go somewhere else for now.
