When we signed our lease, we were promised many great things like newly remodeled amenitites. They told us that it would be completely finished within 6 months. We lived there for 2 years!!!!!! and it is STILL not done!! Aside from Major false promises.. the management is utterly disorganized and lacking of common sense. We always paid our rent on time and it was always more than what we owed. We never caused any trouble and did everything required for our move out procedure. Now that we've moved out.. WE are STILL facing retardation on forwarding of our mail and they are falsly charging us for an extra month's rent! I am DISGUSTED with these people.

PLEASE don't waste your time here. Just look at the review below, everything that is said is true. We only lived here to save money and I deeply regret it.

With this "new" management they constantly say "I'm sorry you were promised so much by the old management, we will fix that" but these guys are EXACTLY the same, trust me. They make promises and never deliver. They're making improvements by building a new cabana - why not just repair the old one (which means the pool is out of action all summer long); they're moving the garbage sites (why? I have no idea and by doing so they're taking up precious parking spaces for the excessively long duration of the move); they're supposedly replacing all the water pipes (my water's still that disgusting yellow/brown color) and what have we got for the priviledge of all this? Seriously high rent increases. They spent god knows how long and god knows how much money on laying down the bark round the trees and bushes. Just so that it looks nice - it didn't look bad before but they're happy to waste money on this when they could have been ploughing their money (or should I say OUR money) into the plumbing system. I never invite guests round to visit because the complex itself is a dump. From the main road and froma dsitance it looks ok but when you go into the buildings the graffiti, dirt and smells tell a different story. Lakeside isn't the worst place in the world to live but don't kid yourself that this management is any better than the last. In fact, in some ways this lot are worse.

Couldn't have said it better. I have had all of the above experiences myself. I'll be moving out soon and I have a feeling they are going to gouge me as much as they can even though they will be pulling up the carpets and repainting the whole unit when I vacate. I'm preparing for a battle. All management seems to care about is attracting new tenants but there is not consideration shown towards current tenants.
