Though not bad Lakeside has quite a few things about it that need attention; for one there is very inadequite drian systems outside so whenever it rains out lawn turns to a swamp (not to metion that in the summer time when it might not be raining they water the grass way to much and it stays a swamp). Also the managment team is less than professional and will talk bad about tenets with the other tenets. The rent has just gone up again this time to $923 plus you pay for all utilites including Water, Sewer and a monthly fee for garbage pick-up over all my "rent" ends up being $1025 a month for a two bedroom/ one bathroom
