I lived here for a little bit over a year. At first it looks good, since they have garages. Though it is too small to open up both doors, still a garage. They have a little storage which is good and a little washer dryer.

But there are plenty of things that are more annoying than good. First, when you live at the bottom, expect to hear a lot of creaking noises from upstairs, anywhere the upper tenants walk. They will surely wake you up! Second, when the upper unit flushes their toilet or use the water in their bathroom, you will hear this waterfall sound in your bedroom. Third, this is a pet friendly apartment, expect lots of pet feces on the ground and if you are lucky enough on your front door. And also our first night here, I was wondering what's all those insect bites on our legs and feet, it was very itchy, and we found out that there are fleas inside the apartment, because we do not have a pet, they are biting us, and took us over 2 months to get rid of them. And last before you move-in make notes of all the things around the unit, as in "everything", because when you move-out, they'll squeeze every penny in your pocket to charge for all the cleaning, etc, eventhough you already paid for that before you move-in.

We are very thankful we got out of this apartment. Now it's up to you.
