Good and Bad, depending on your needs

This apartment complex has beautiful nature around it, including squirrels, humming birds, and dragon flies in the summer! I was very happy to move in as they provide a private garage for one car and allow pets. Also, the cathedral ceilings in some upper units give it more of a home feel and less of an "apartment" feel. They also are very good about notifying you with proper notice if they will be entering your apartment to test the heat sensors. My neighbors are very quiet and courteous.

Now the bad: When I first did a walk-through, I noted numerous things that were not in working condition to the manager. Maintenance "fixed" some things and not others. There is only one small recycling container for the entire complex, but many huge dumpsters. This it makes it difficult to recycle. Management is often not in the office so I have had missed UPS deliveries due to this. The most annoying thing is the fire lane which is supposed to be a no parking zone. Numerous cars jam themselves into this area. If a fire did occur, the fire truck would have a difficult time manuerving in this area. There is a Marys Towing sign, but they will only tow if management or maintenance calls. The storage unit in the garage is less than desirable -I had to put "Damp Rid" bags in there and in the trunk of my car in the garage and they have absorbed tons of moisture. The storage unit is not a place to store anything of value.

I think the renting standards are going down, as more and more "incidents" seem to be occuring lately. (Pitbull attack, Drug Deal and subsequent Police Visit).

Overall: Live here if you can afford the high rent(it is raised quite a bit if you don't sign another lease when your 1 year is up), don't need to receive UPS packages, and don't mind a poor storage unit.
