I don't work for Maple Glen but I do actually work for the management company and I have chosen to move on-site to this property out of hundreds of properties around. There are several reasons I decided to move here at Maple Glen.

1. Alison is fantastic! She is always on top of things and will always work with you when you need her. I know at first when she came aboard here... she was manageing two properties until the other property found a new manager... that's why she wasn't in the office but half days. This was many months ago...

2. Maintanence is super fast about fixing things and he's super cool. He keeps the whole complex clean and that's a nice feeling to come home to.

3. I simply love the feeling of Maple Glen... I love to come home from a long day. The feeling of all the trees and the cleanliness of the buildings... make this place seem like a great home to have!

4. I really love that my loft has it's own garage... this makes me feel that my car is very safe. I haven't heard of any car thefts and I have left my car out and have never had a problem and haven't heard of any problems either... it get feels safe here!

5. I LOVE the community center... the pool, hottub and gym... what a great area to hang out. I have a 3 month old and I can't wait to start to teach her to swim... this place truely is great and I am here to stay for quite awhile!

I would highly recommend this place! Don't always read the believe the negative writers... remember that you can't make every single person happy!

THE TRUTH my response to #2: Maintenance is stupid - they will use a power drill right outside your bedroom window at 3 am scaring the #$@#% outta you, without even giving you a courtesy knock at the door. Also, I hope there isn't a fire at the first building since the "cool" maintenance guy parks his monster truck in the fire lane. People will be burning alive before the fire dept gets their equipment set up... #4 - actually the garages are moldy and damp. People use them for running businesses and there are crappy broke-down vehicles for months at a time. Now does that sound like management that is "really on top of things" ? Oh and enjoy living directly under Interstate 5...

Oh yeah...now that you mention it...there WERE SO MANY HONDAS that were stolen in 2007. There were at least 6 from this apartment complex. And I still have all the copies of the fliers that Allison sent out saying to keep an eye out for people jumping fences and being on the property, because cars have been stolen. And the 2 units that are right at the entrance by the mailboxes....when their garage doors were open...there were TONS of car parts all over the place, and tires stacked to the ceiling, and weldign equipment, and all of their cars had no markings of the make or model and they all drove hondas...COINCEDENCE?? - and yes allison is a great lady

All the negative things that I have read are true- even going back several years amazing I'm not the only one who sees these things.
