All those comments are sooooo not true. The customer service is aweful, when we moved in the apartment wasnt even ready, they wouldnt even offer us a different apartment. We had so many things wrong, we have requested maintenance but its been over a month and no response......dont live here.

Have you considered discussing your concerns with management??? According to the other reviews posted here, they are very helpful and willing to help solve problems.
