I lived there for 4 years, I had a deposit of $400.00, when I moved out I cleaned the apartment, but I did not paint or put in new carpet, these are things that are normal wear and tear and need to be replaced after that long. They not only kept my whole deposit but charged me an extra 377.00 dollars in fees, one of the fee's listed was $65.00 for cleaning supplies, is that not bogus or what. They sent me a bill two weeks after I moved and wanted the money immediatly, when they did not recieve the money in one week they forwarded it to a collection agency. Do not move here.
