Although we've only lived here about 8 months and will be moving shortly, we very much enjoyed our time living here at Northern Lights. We moved here from out of state, and the staff was so friendly and accomodating in making sure our move was smooth and easy. Since I couldn't visit the apartment before choosing to rent it, I took a leap of faith and decided to rent based on the super friendly interactions I had with the staff on the phone, and am so lucky that it turned out to be such a great place. The office staff was very welcoming and have become like friends to us. The maintenance staff is very friendly too. No, the apartments are not brand new, but they are cozy, nice, and we experienced no problems during our stay. Our one bedroom was good sized, had plenty of storage, and a great little wood-burning stove. We had never worried about safety, either. We did a lot of research and this place really is a great deal. The location is good too - very close to I-5, Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood T.C., grocery stores, and on a busline to Seattle. We actually are second-guessing our move! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.
