I lived in the apartments for over two years and have since only had a few complaints, like others about the laundry situation..etc. But if you be realistic that the apartments are not brand new and that they have never done a full renovation and kicked tenants out to put washer and dryers in each unit then just deal with it and do you laundry on a random day. Other than that, they are great sized places with decent appliances. If anything breaks, just tell them about it nicely and they have no problem fixing it. The staff do think that this property is the best place around, but that's because for the private connection you have with the management you can't get it anywhere else, they all live in the complex. Why would an entire staff live in the complex if it wasn't good, that's what sold me on the place. The staff aren't just hired for monthly increments, they actually work where they live, its a great experience, I would recommend for anyone. (yet if you have kids there really isn't a good place for them to play).
