Several months ago I was unhappy and looking to move elsewhere when the owners started making changes!

The apartment is nice, location is great and neighbors are decent but the old ways kept me waiting forever for work orders to get completed, the office staff was never available and the grounds were getting ignored and looking terrible.

Now, within the last couple months we have a new management staff who actually work the posted hours and return phone calls. We even have a new maintenance team who seem to know what they are doing and have fixed the items in my apartment.

I am giving this place another chance. The price is right for the area and I really enjoy the new employees.
