Well with the economy nobody is unaffected including Terrace Heights Apartments. The place is falling apart fairly quickly and though the staff tries to keep things running many times it is neglected. The office staff rarely follows a set schedule so finding them during the day can be a hassle. Lots of kids roam freely and can be a tad annoying at times. Probably wont stay there as rent is climbing again.
