I have lived here for over a year, and it is a good place to live. Neighbors are generally quiet, walls solid - it also helps that the complex is broken up into three sections, across and down the street. Noise from the road it's on (212th) is awful - very busy, noisy road, especially with a grocery store right next to one section of the complex - trucks and street cleaners at midnight on weekends, but you get used to it - not a big deal. Good thing: you pay for water, but it is calculated by # of bedrooms and occupants, which actually lowered my water bill tabout $50 a month). Two complaints - 1 bedrooms rent for just over $700 dollars. They're nice apartments, but I think about $50-75 dollars overpriced, especially the 2 bedrooms, for what they are. Other complaint: we *had* a great manager and maintenance team, who always responded quickly, were very honest, upfront, and professional. New management came in a while ago, and I'm not very satisfied with it. If you like almost no contact with your manager, you'll like it here. But I like to be able to get a hold of my manager, and it's now impossible - always leaving messages, and never getting a personal response back - just a note or letter taped to my door. Maintenance is now slow to respond - I had to wait a week and a 1/2 to get an appliance fixed. But, generally, I have enjoyed living here.
