Management was great and responsive when we moved in, but there were several changes and things were very different by the time we left. The owner was a nightmare, and so were several of our neighbors. We couldn't get water damage in one wall fixed during the management changeover and gave up trying--then were charged for that and numerous other things (such as replacement of carpet that wasn't new when we moved in) after we left. We also weren't able to use our balcony once the grocery store next door opened because we were practically in their parking lot. The layout of our unit was also strange (lots of narrow hallway), and what we were paying was enough to rent a house in Seattle.
