Great Place for the Price and GREAT staff - I lived here for about 2 1/2 years. I have very few complaints and overall would recommend this establishment. Parking was always ample. Give the gal a break! - I moved to the Greenview Apts. on the recommendation of a friend who lives here. From the beginning, the only problem I have has been the pavement. I can't believe the new company would not even send a note to the current resident and ASk them what they may want to see as far as changes etc.
The colors make it look like a clown house...GROSS-TACHY-CHEAP looking.

New management group took over- August 2011 Pinnacle sold this property along with a few others to Fairfield. I am thinking no one bothered to include the landscaping fees or the trash removal services in the contract as both are woefully neglected. The dumpsters have been overflowing for a week

Good Starter Apartment The apartment is good for people just starting to get out on there own. The rental office will try to fix any issues regarding the apartment; but as I was saying before if you are tight on money this is a good apartment until you can afford better.

Rum like hell The Delta Estates look nice from the outside until u move in the noisy 220th st noise and casion and bar near by make for a loud abrubt nights. The apt manager and super are lazy never follow up with repairs and take thier time. But make sure your not late with rent they'll send

feeding the crows! I have lived at Creekside for 5 years. Paying $13/month extra to have my trash spread outside the door by crows is not the best solution. And the management has no better ideas.
