low rent, EXCELLENT apartments!

The apartments are very roomy. The office staff is very friendly and maintance is fast getting problems taken care of. I had a problem with my disposal, called the office and was told they would fix it by the next day. They showed up 30min. later and had it fixed in 5 min. The grounds are very clean. People are quiet, you never here partys. My upstairs neighbors are very noisy but I never here my neighbors next to me. Safe apartments. I recommend for a first time renter.
