It is almost impoosible to get anything fixed. It took eight months and snow coming inside before a my broken window was replaced! THe management is rude and anytime I talk to them treat me like I am a child. Not worth the money they expect you to pay at all.

Very true.Mold is a real problem in this place. I currently live here, but looking elsewhere. Taking 6 months for repair to floor, (not done yet).Most employees are nice, but turn over in help is unbelievable. Rent increase $30 & $5 for garbage not too cool either. It seems a plug toilet is fixed fast, but anything costing over $1 an't going to happen (at least not too fast!)
