I am a current resident of Anchor Village, and am glad to be here, for the most part. They do accept large dogs and other pets, which is a huge plus, but the deposit is very high..... almost a months rent for our one, medium sized dog(they consider him large!). The wood in the apartment is very dark and outdated, but everything was very clean and looked wonderful when we moved in. There are trees everywhere, and you are close to parks, and the town of Mukilteo. The parking situation is ridiculously bad, and you will probably want to pay for an extra parking space if you have more than one car or more than one resident. The floorplans are great, very spacious, and the appliances, while not new, work well.... we only have to run the dryer one and a half times to get our clothes dry!!!!! *lol* All in all, a good place to live, qith neighbors who mind their own business and expect you to do the same. Nobody has complained about our parrots yet, and they can be loud sometimes.... but so can other people's kids!
