I've been in my apartment for about 2 years now, and I love it here, It is a very quit place to live, I never hear my neighbors, and they all keep to themselves, its close to the water so if your a scuba diver this is the place to live. The office staff are wonderful people to talk to, always willing to help out. They are open 7 days a week from 9Am-6Pm which is great if you work 5 days a week. The parking is not very good in certain areas of the complex but on top of the hill I have no problems. They could use a bigger pool, and maybe give us a hot tub would be nice :) Other then that, if you love the outdoors and want to be hidden away from the city like look, then this is the place, your in the middle of the woods, and the security is great here, I leave my windows down and I have never had any problems!!!

I lived down below in the complex at the bottom of the hill & it was totally opposite!! Noisy, rude & I would never have left my windows open. You were lucky...

ok you must be on the staff of hell villiage appts. my roomate had his car window smashed in, my car was keyed. my neighboors are obnoxious and if they hear any noise in their appt even at 3:30 in the afternoon they freak. its an apparment complex. get used to it. parking is a pain the spots are tiny and the other tenants tend to be rude. i have mold all over the place and your not wise for leaving your car windows down. a few cars have been broken into in this place. the apparments have poor lighting and little to no natural light. they are always dark. the only good part is the gulch behind us. other than that i wouldnt rent here unless the rent was lowered 300 bucks. and oh yeah, i dont care how many ignorant parents are letting their children play in the parking lot (there is a park right outside the complex) the speed bumps are rediculous. if youve got a low car goodluck climbing those mountians.

I have never heard that about Anchor village and I have liked in Mukilteo for 31 years.

Obviously this review was written by management. I have family living in Mukilteo and they refer to Anchor Village as "the seedy part of town". Seriously. You're insane for leaving cars unlocked or windows down.
