I lived here for a year & hated it. Parking was cramped, and never enough for visitors. other tenants were rude, noisy & had no respect for others. cars raced thru the parking lots where kids played & music was plqayed loud & late into the night.
Management was great but never disiplined tenants for thier behaivior. I couldn't move out fast enough.....

This person is making things up left and right I have lived here for 2 years and the only thing they got right was about the vistor parking. Plus your kids should not be playing where cars are trying to park!!

I made nothing up & I have no kids. I am single & work for Boeing. Residents are rude & noisy. My neighbor upstairs played his music LOUDLY nightly until at least midnite 4 or 5 nights a week...cars DO race up & down the hill I lived at the bottom of. This place sucked. It might as well have been a place on Casino road in Everett, same kind of people....rude & uncaring...

Everything that Hobbitfix said is absolutely true STILL - TWO YEARS LATER and nothing has changed. My advice to all - RUN.
