Do not rent here. The office personality is that of a speed bump. The pet deposit is outrageous. They sent me a lease renewal for a 11 month option or 12 month option for the same price. It is the second to the cheapest apartment complex in the city. They will treat you nice until you have signed a lease and they have your money. Again, upon lease renewal they were extremly rude to me and Essex Properties, the owners would not return my calls. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Your pet deposit sucks and I cant afford it but want a pet....The positive comments must be from the management.

I completely agree. Back in April they would only offer us a 6 month lease even though we had been model tenents (always paid rent on time and had no complaints.)
