The office staff is useless. If you need soemthing fixed make sure you call or stop in EVERY DAY until it is fixed or else you wont see the maintence people. My car window was smashed in and they office staff didnt even blink and eye in fact a week leater when we went to renew our lease they only offered us a 6 month lease and when we asked why we were told "we can only do what corporate says." My husband's car has been broken into several times and we live on a deadend.
They just offered us a new lease with an 11% rent increase; we are looking for a new home!
On a possitive note we have always had nice, friendly neighbors but they have moved out.

I am also a resedent but I have always had a good attitude from the staff. Whenever I put something in for maintnace they get to it that day or the next day. I have never heard or seen anyone's car getting broke into.
