I lived at Anchor VIllage for about a year and it wasn't to bad.
Cons: The interior is pretty outdated and not vary appealing but it was comfortable. The second bedrooms are horrible small and the wall space is very limited because they use a whole wall for closets which is nice for people with a lot of clothing but not if you have a lot of furniture. The cable outlets are horribly placed but if you don't mind cable running across the sliding glass door and fire place your good.
Pros: The office staff was awesome. They were always friendly and helpful. I never had to ask for anything more than once. Were I was located I never had problems with parking. The walls are a little thin but my neighbors were rarely home. All in all I was pretty happy with it.
I would not recommend for families due to the lack of spacing and odd layout. Great for singles or first time renters.
