Here are some photos taken yesterday of what's going on all over the property. It's pretty darn miserable living here these days with all the noise, dust and debris. They park the dumpsters and heavy equipment in our parking lots as well so we have to look at those eyesores all day. As you can see, we're not supposed to park in front of our buildings and this creates a real problem as parking spaces are limited to begin with. They don't tell us what kind of project it is, just that it is going to happen and we're supposed to put up with it. They have ripped out all the trees and bushes that were in front of the buildings that provided some privacy and a bit of a sound barrier from parking lot noise (people and car traffic). All of the grass is being ripped up too so if you are a pet owner like myself, you are limited to a very small patch of grass to be shared by other pet owners that don't pick up after themselves all the time. If you are considering renting here, be prepared for the disruption!!

Yes it is getting to be BS. I came home today from work today, as drove my car to my building. I pulled to the right to let a forklift by and he proceeded to lift his dumpster right above my car, he gave me a look as if I was in his way. Also, my wife has had the window open during the day and she has several times heard the guys cussing and talking trash about women in a slanderous way. I have gone to the office 2 times to find out where to park. Assistant manager gets on her walkie talkie to ask the maintenance guys. They had no idea where I could park. It is so bare here, as the last poster says all the trees are gone, that the squirrels love to play in. The squirells are gone now. This place in my opinion only has gone down the tube. It's after 6 and equipment is still out there.

Ok People what do you expect when they are trying to fix stuff around here, If you talk to the maintance people they will tell you why all this construction is going on, it has to do with the roots running under the building so they need to tak them out and THEY ARE REPLACING ALL THE TREES WITH NEW TREES AND GRASS. Sheesh people what do you expect quit your complaning you should be happy that they are taking the time to fix all this stuff that needs to be fixed and they put new roofs on all the buildings, so what do you expect from the noise, you expect them to be all quite?? and the quite hours are 8am-10pm and they do go by those hours. so quit your bitching!!!

Wow. I can't believe how ungrateful you people are. Bare? The entire freakin' complex is surrounded by woods! What, you want tall pine trees surrounding each building? Oh, poor squirrels. What ever will they do. They planted new trees anyway. OF COARSE there is less parking during construction. So find a place without a number and park there, or are you too lazy to walk a little distance? Where the hell else are they supposed to put the equipment? On the road to block traffic? They're only trying to improve the complex. Although I do hope they paint the buildings white again. What do the outside construction workers have to do with these apartments? The management can't control what they say.
By the way, this review is old and all this has long ended.
