Basically they are just trying to get you in and control you to maintain the status quo for their benefit. They will eventually put you on a month to month and then give you a 20 day notice so they can kick you out and upgrade. This is the classic example of discrimination in action. Do not rent here, you will regret it especially if you have children, you will be kicked out on the street. Mukilteo is only for rich people do not be fooled by the prices. I lived in Houston, TX inner loop for 23 years, there they just scrape down and build a new building every few years, it is a lot more callous. Just accept it.

What more do you want to know about the fact that Anchor Village is just going to get bought and sold, including Essex? I hope you can afford to live on Harbour Pointe Blvd. when you get kicked out. The day I got kicked out two other families in my building with children got kicked out. Do you know anything about numbers? There are only twelve units per building. That doesn't include the rest of the complex.

LOL wow your really stupid, their is only 10 units per building and I have no idea where your getting the idea that Anchor village is going to be sold?? you have no proof of this and if you do please post it here I like to see it.

if you are going to call someone stupid, you probably shouldn't be stupid yourself. "your really stupid" should be you're really stupid, "their is only 10 units" should be there are only 10 units. way to go!

I notice when I go back retrospectively that someone is erasing comments to protect Essex...whatever...good luck with your Golden Parachute...there is always a bigger fish for people like Essex...hope their is a bigger boat for all the people getting kicked to the curb so Essex can be all that and a bag of chips now that Boeing has opened up to Commercial flights...whatever...
