What a Joke!!!

I have lived at Anchor Village now for over three years, my lease is almost up and I could not be happier! With all the so called renovations to the buildings and landscaping, the extremely rude management staff, the mold because of the single pane windows, the out dated appliances, etc. I have never been late on my rent once, I provide them with the proper renter s insurance paper work and yet they are still rude beyond belief! Last summer they decided to put new roofs on all of the buildings, you could not park in your parking spots during the day and they had people working on the roofs every SUNDAY morning starting at 8:30am. The renovations that they did on the landscaping were obviously done by the lowest bidder! To me ripping out trees, grass, bushes etc. and replacing them with bark is not a renovation! There used to be a do not enter sign posted at one of the entrances to my building, which was taken down and recently put back up. They were putting notices on people s cars threatening to tow their cars if they enter that way, which is fine but then one day I was coming home and one of their maintenance staff entered through that way. I confronted him about it and he acted as though the rules did not apply to him. The windows in this place are a joke; they let so much moisture in that I have to bleach my windows at least once a week so that the mold stays under control. Last year they sent out a letter to all of the tenants stating that they would replace the windows with double pane windows but the tenants would have to pay an extra $20.00 each month. The appliances in the apartments are so out dated; they remind me of what my grandparents had in the 1970 s. My washer and dryer needed to be replaced and when I called the management they told me that it must be something that I was doing and proceeded to tell me how to do my laundry. I don t care; it should not take 4 hours to dry a small load of laundry. I could go on like this forever! Just a suggestion, just because this place is in Mukilteo does not mean it is nice; I would stay away!!!!

Thank you for the review, I was skeptical when I went to the complex to tour apartments and saw how nasty they looked. The management appears very unfriendly and untrustworthy. This just confirms my first impression.
