For the region it's in, you really can't beat the price. My place has been quiet, clean, but not everything works as it should. The most pertinent example is the water pressure. Roughly 75% of the time, there is so little water pressure that the toilet tank won't even fill. You know what that means...no flush! Imagine the embarrassment of having company when this happens.

I have been quite patient about this, but it's been months since I, along with several of my neighbors, have brought this up with management. They state that they are working on it, but being here for so long with this health hazard is really pushing my limits. Live here if you can't afford anything better. Otherwise find a place where things work like they should.
