I lived in the units West of the property. The ground where always clean and well groomed and I found the unit to be in good condition upon my move in. The staff were professional and honest. My only issue was upon move out I was charged $20 (the only charge) for drip pans on the stove. Being on ex-property manager I knew this was not a reasonable charge but was not enough to squabble over.
