Decent, good staff, but high theft area.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The manager and staff were very helpful in there dealings and moving out was a breeze. Only got charged 12 bucks and that was for something very minor. Parking sucks, neighbors are freaks, teenagers, drug adicts, theives, and an occasional human being of decent atire. Good first apt. or if you need a low cost move. You could definately find worse...like On the Green.
