I am not sure why the other people that have
commented on these apartments are so unpleased. I just moved her over a month ago and have been very pleased with my decision.
Just this month the office staff had a pool party for the residents with prizes and bbq. The staff have been wonderful and I haven't experienced any rudeness. I think if you have only $20 charged for moving out get over it already, you should be so lucky in getting only charged that. The grounds look great. Maintenance staff are quick to get repairs done. Overall I am pleased with Harbour Pointe and I would recommend anybody to live here, it's that great!!!
