i have lived in apartments my entire life. Harbour pointe is beautiful and the staff are always helpful and the maintenance workers went out of their way to get me a new washer. They made my transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom a brezze. (trish is my favorite) I have signed three leases with them and i'll sign a fourth soon. The bad part is the parking is horrible if your not home early and i think they over charge for a covered spot or garage. You need an alarm on your car but other then that they are the best.
