I lived here from Dec 2003-2004 and would recommend this apartment complex. I did live in the smaller part of the complex, which is separate from the main complex where the office is. I believe this made a big difference. I found my building to be very quiet for the most part. Residents were a mix, families, young couples and even individuals in their late teens/early twenties. Parking could be a problem if you arrived later at night. I eventually opted for a covered parking spot to avoid this problem. The staff and maintenance were very helpful, problems I called in were fixed within the day. They also kept the complex very clean, constantly power washing and such. I found this complex to be a MUCH nicer, and very affordable alternative to living in Lynnwood or Everett, the only other areas where I saw apartments I could afford. If you do plan to rent here I would suggest an apartment on the other side, across from the police station as I found it to be quieter.
Also, when you move in be sure to check the entire apartment for damage. I ended up having to pay for repairs after I moved out?.although this is common with any rental situation.
