I lived at Harbour Pointe for a year and it still is one of my favorite places I have ever lived.

Pros:
-Newer apartments.
-Quiet, never heard the neighbors through the walls.
-Beautiful grounds.
-Friendly office staff, and great maintenence.
-Walgreens is right across the street. Loved that. If you needed something quick, it was a 2 minute walk.
-One thing I liked was it was well lit at night. If I had to walk from my car, it was lit up like a football field.

Cons:
-Parking was ok. If I got home late, I would have to park a few bulidings away, but the communinty is small, so it was never a long walk. Minor thing, really.
-Construction on the Mulkiteo Speedway(the main road to the apartment) was awful. It took 3 times as long to get home. I believe that it's done now, though.
-There was some minor crime. Neighbor's bike was stolen, and I saw a car up on blocks one morning because the wheels were stolen. Police were there sometimes for domestic disputes. (There was a couple that lived below me that seemed to get many visits from the police).
