staff is not responsive to tenant issues. paper work is sloppy. management blew it on the renewal of my lease and defaulted me to a month to month basis for approx. 100$ more.Also defaulted grage rental to a higher rate the second year after cutting a deal the first year to get me in. High turn over with office staff.new staffers have no ideas what the previous have done.
