Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived there for 1 whole year. After 5 months of living there I received a call from Rent Collect asking for fees due and threatening to sue me! I never received a notification from Harbour Point nor did I ever received a letter as they claimed they did. What I appreciate it the least was the harassment and the unprofessional manner they went about doing this...
I've read before that they would rip you off, I didnt believe it, dont rent there...
