Okay place to live. Nothing special.

The main reason why I'm moving out: the dollar to square footage ratio just can't compete with other apartment complexes. I moved in paying $890/month for an 800 sqft unit and now it's over $1000/month. The complex is part of a nation-wide chain and, unfortunately, from a financial standpoint it shows. Policies about money are obviously being made from afar. Coincidently, the rent increases came in the wake of very extensive building/property modifications that were made to bring the property up to code and to comply w/ the "Americans with Disabilities Act".
There are no assigned parking places, except covered parking and/or garages, which is extra money as well as on a long waiting list. Parking is truly a free-for-all and an absolute nightmare after 8PM.
Exercise facility is nice but very small. Pool is okay but very small. I know "beggars can't be choosers", so these are just observations.
As far as the staff goes, I can't say enough about them! The staff have always be kind and courteous and have always gone the extra mile to help or solve problems. That goes for the maintenance crew too. Nice guys and quick to solve apartment problems.
Honestly, the quality of the staff made it really difficult to decide to leave.
