Bay Court is a good place to live and the rent is affordable. The staff is very helpfull and polite. It is quiet and the complex is very clean outside.

The only problem I have is the parking and the usage of the fireplace. There is no assigned parking by the unit you live in so you may have to park on the other side of the complex away from the your unit. You can only burn the fireplace after 6 pm which I think that one should be able to use the fireplace any time.

The fireplace hours are due to the ventilation system that runs most of the day. I assume they are trying to prevent mildew and mold problems (it doesn't help much) so there are fans that suck air out all day long (kitchen, washer drier room, bathroom) at alternating times. They switch back and forth, etc. The really odd thing is that there's no switch for the bathroom fan, so if you're cleaning with bleach the smell sticks around all day (or other smells...). The fan system is odd, but if you open your fireplace damper during the hours the fans are on, it sucks carbon clouds into your apartment. Idiotic design, but reasonable to not use your fireplace during the day.
