I enjoy living at the complex. It is always kept clean and is a nice quiet place. I do however have a problem with the office staff. It seems like they are never in the office and when they are they are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. On one occasion I wasnt sure if I had locked my front door or not (I work 50 miles away, so I couldnt do it), so knowing that they have an extra key, I called them to ask if they could lock it for me. They told me "IF they go out on the property" On another occasion I had a expensive package that was accidentally delivered to my front door (no one was home) instead of the office, so I asked if they could go get it for me and keep it in the office until I got home. They gave me the same line "IF" they happen to go out on the property. They made it sound like such a hassle. I am not only the resident but also their customer and should be treated with courtesy and respect. They lack that. They are young immature girls that need to learn the importance of customer satisfaction. I recommend living here if you want a peaceful clean environment. I DO NOT ever recommend having anything shipped here. Have it sent to your work. That is what I have started doing.

I "TOTALLY" agree. Bay Court girls are inconsiderate, unprofessional and as my child says, 'those people in there are mean mommy'. Now how sad is that! I've lived in Bay Court for 5 years now, so i can tell you i know what the management is like here. When i moved in to bay court, we had the BEST management EVER! They gave us free saturday morning breakfasts, Wednesday nite dinners for the community for $1.00 a plate (and it was alot of food and very good food that Ida made). The activity center was the best! Ida ran the activity center and had homework club, crafts, cookie baking, and so so much more that was given to the kids of bay court.. oh ya, and movie nites on the big screen, a pool table, foosball table (sp)..the management had poolside bbq's with a live band twice each summer.. it was THE BEST before this disgusting new corporation bought out the best. Management with the other company was so friendly, did everything humanly possible to make you feel like you were living in the best place on the planet. After this RREEF or whatever bought them out, i've seen at least 15 different managers come through here with different girls almost monthly, and funny thing is, they get meaner, ruder, harsher and more heartless as they go. Windows never get cleaned anymore, kinda hard for me to clean them on the 2nd floor. AND GET THIS== CANNOT LIGHT YOUR FIREPLACE UNTIL 6pm!! AND THEN, THEY HAVE TO BE OUT BY 12am!!!!! How ridiculious!!! Take the air thing out and let me run my fireplace like other places!!! oh and, if you don't pick up your package that day, the witch who does the accounting is on you and treating you like crap the next time she digs her claws in. Another thing, no place to park around here anymore. Do they care? Nope!I could go on, but i'm getting more upset so i'm stopping here.

I agree with the fireplace and parking. It ridiculious that cannot light the fireplace until 6. Other apartments you can light the fireplaces anytime. Parking sucks too. I come home from work around 6 and if I go out for a evening and come home I have to park in tumb buck two. The staff is two lazy to asign parking. One asign parking for residents in front of their complex and have the unmark ones for visitors. How hard it that. Rent is high here, I can see paying 650-690,the apartment are not worth anymore. They have been paid for many times over.

WoW alot has changed since ive lived there, i am now 16, and i lived there and went there in like kindergarden and 1st grade... i remeber movie nights, and swimming at the pool. Can anyone send me images of what it looks like now... DeLongefreak@hotmail.com
