Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in the fall of 2005. The office staff can be very rude, or nice, it seems it depends on thier mood. Luckily i have no problems with neighbors. Parking sucks, small stalls (you can get a carport, or a garage for an additional fee each month, i think carports are $35, and garages are $50)
PROS:
Landscaping
2 Outdoor Pools
Large Open Floorplans
Large Bedrooms/Closets
24/7 Fitness Center (A Nice one!)
CONS:
Parking
Security (Several Cars have been broken into)
Noise (Landscapers, Maintainance moving dumpsters around ALL the time, Kids)
Kids playing in the parking lots
High Pet fees
Residents not cleaning up after thier pets
What i would really like to see is better parking (Larger Stalls), and for one of the pools to be made an indoor pool.
