I started a 9 month least last year for $850 per month for a 2 bedroom,2 bath with full size washer and dryer. now they want $905 for the same lease, or $1010 for monthy-month. The apartments are pretty nice, but not anywere near these costs. The pool is nice, but it filled with unsupervised obnoxious teenagers all the time. Luckily, apartment life was temporary for us and we bought another home about a month ago (with a mortgage payment less that what I would be paying for rent here). Those looking at these apartments are advised to consider other options..
