Not only did they just raise my rent almost $200 but in the last 6 months they have been in my apartment 4 times now for various inspections, this time I have to empty my closets and under my sinks for two days, they might get to me the first day but they don't know, and "You can always put the stuff back when you get home then pull it back out before you leave the next day"
yeah because I have that much time....
The pool is a nightmare this year with tons of kids and no parents.
We are suppose to pay water but I get no bill, just a letter from the office every few months saying I have 10 days to pay around $350 but when I ask them where the bill is they say they will look into but I never hear anything.

I loved this place when we first moved in, then we got a new manager and it has just gone way downhill since.

Hope you don't have to talk to the Manager because she will not call you back and the leasing staff know nothing and refer all questions to her so good luck getting anything done!

the community is nice and the locatin is okay but it isn't worth the headache
