I'm moving out by dec 1st 06', Ive lived there almost 3 years and just recently my fiances 2002 pick up was stolen and THEN my garage was broken into and all of his snap on tools about 25K worth and 500 pound snap on tool box worth 5K was stolen!!! This place has no security, the office people dont care, the rent a cops roll through maybe once an evening around the same time every night (predictable''), the garages are a joke because you can crawl over the dividing wall to the other tennants bay! I had a bird problem and it took 2 plus years of complaining for them to finally do something about it! DONT THINK ABOUT IT!
