This was a hard complex to leave. The lay out was probably the best I've seen and the space was very large. Maintenance was a draw. Some of the maintenance workers went above and beyond to help while some couldn't follow basic instructions. The office staff was horrible, they changed management over my stay and the new staff is actually worse. They are not rude but they are fake. Its the difference between it being there job to care and them actually caring. If the rent they are offering is to good to be true mostly likely it is. They screw you on it. Most of my stay I had quiet neighboors but twice we had some noisy people move in at it took about 3 months of complaints and police calls to get them evicted.
